导师预审Supervisor Pre-approval
Registration at the International Education School on a set date.
与导师见面，了解学业要求Meet  with supervisor to understandacademic requirement, etc.
在导师指导下制定培养计划，须符合培养方案要求Develop your course plan, under the guidance of the supervisor, which must meet the requirements of the academic program.
在研究生院规定的时间内完成Complete within the time specified by the Graduate School.
硕博学生完成培养计划课程Master / Ph.D. students complete the courses in the academic plan.
第三学期结束前完成开题工作Master / Ph.D. students complete their proposal by the end of the third semester.
博士生在第五学期前完成Ph.D. candidates complete in the fifth semester
硕士生在开题半年后完成Master candidates complete their mid-term assessment half a year after their thesis proposal
硕士生开题与送审之间至少1年At least 1 year between the completion of the thesis submission for review.
博士生开题与送审之间至少1.5年At least 1.5 years between the completion of the dissertation proposal and the Ph.D. dissertation submission for review.

学生在教务系统填写“学生答辩申请”上传盲审版学位论文Students fill out the "Thesis Defense Application" in the academic system and upload the blind-reviewed version of their dissertation.
导师在教务系统对学生答辩申请签署意见Supervisor provides comments on the student's defense application in the academic system.
学院分委员会和学位办对学习年限、课程学习、HSK成绩、论文学术不端检测、缴纳学费、导师意见等进行审查The School and the degree office review the study duration, course completion, HSK scores, academic misconduct detection in the thesis, tuition fee payment, and advisor opinions.
按学科要求提交毕业材料，留学博士生须符合论文发表要求Submit graduation materials according the requirements of each discipline. Ph.D. candidates must meet the requirements of paper publication.
预答辩之前须取得相应HSK考试等级证书Before the pre-defense, students must obtain the corresponding HSK level certificate.
学位分学位评定委员会通过The Academic Degree Evaluation Committee of the School has approved
校学位评定委员会通过The Academic Degree Evaluation Committee of the University has approved.
