注：1、新生入学前需进行分班测试，按成绩分入中级班或高级班；零起点学生直接进入初级班；
2、短期班学生修够80学时并经考核合格后，学校将为其颁发结业证书。

注：1、 学校提供2人间宿舍，单元内设有淋浴室（安装了太阳能热水器）、卫生间和全自动洗衣机。每个房间内配有电视、空调、冰箱、微波炉、网络接口（电费和上网费自付）。
2、 2015年7月4日至7月26日（含7月26日）之间，短期班留学生住宿费用按上表所列标准收取。请于7月26日之前办理退房手续。
3、 住宿押金需在办理住宿登记手续时和住宿费一起交纳，离开学校时退还。
4、 学生应爱惜公寓内一切设施，如有损坏，将根据造成损失的严重程度处以相应额度的罚款，所发生费用从住宿押金中扣除。
四、免费项目
1、对于团组（10人以上，含10人）来我校学习的，校方提供秦皇岛/北戴河火车站、秦皇岛港口接送。
2、秦皇岛市内观光一次；
3、10人以上团组学生，免交报名费400元。
五、其他
报名时需出示、提交如下材料：
1.暑期班入学申请表
2.学生有效护照、签证原件及复印件；签证有效期限应不少于一个月（含一个月）（注：学校不负责办理任何签证手续）

Note：
1、In order to accurately assess program level, new students have to participate the placement exam before the start. Students will be assigned to the appropriate class level based on the results of the exam. Beginners are assigned without a placement exam, and allowed to start Intermediate program after coming.
2、Students who have completed 80 class hours and passed all the course examinations will be granted a certificate of completion.

Note：
1. Two students share one room in the dormitory.Each unit is equipped with a shower (installed solar energy water heater), toilet and fully automatic washing machine.Each room is equipped withrefrigerator, microwave oven, TV, air condition, internet access. Internet is paid by the occupant
2. 4-7-2015 through 26-7-2015(including), accommodation fee is 40RMB/bed/day. Please check out before 26-7-2015.
3. A 1000RMB deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded when check-out.
4. Any damage caused to the dormitory equipment by students will be fined.
四、Free items for short-term students：
1、Free transportation for the group of applicants（more than ten students, including ten）from Qinhuangdao, Beidaihe railway station or Qinhuangdao port to the university.
2、One fieldtrip around Qinhuangdao city;
3、400RMB application fee exemption for groups of more than 10 people .
五、Other:
The following documents are required when registered:
1.Application form for summer courses
2. Original passport and visa and the copies.
P.S. The duration of visa should not be shorter than one month (University will not accept any visa application for short-term students)
