各位同学，留学生休学申请办理方法如下：

Dear students, the application methods for the suspension of overseas students are as follows:

一、本人自行办理休学手续：

Ⅰ. You can go through the suspension procedures by yourself:

1.撰写《学籍异动个人申请书》（附件1）

1. Write a personal suspension application with the handwritten signature (Attachment 1)

2.填写《燕山大学来华留学学历生学籍异动申请表》（附件2）

2. Fill in The Application Form of Student Status Change for Overseas Students (Attachment 2)

二、境外留学生需委托人办理休学手续：

II. International students need to entrust a person to go through the suspension procedures:

1.撰写《学籍异动个人申请书》（附件1），手写签字后拍照

1. Write a personal suspension application (Appendix1) with the handwritten signature and take a photo of the personal suspension application;

2.手持《学籍异动个人申请书》拍照(请保正脸部和个人申请书都拍清晰）

2.Holda personal application form for student status change and take photos (Note: Make sure both the face and the suspension application are clear);

3.填写《燕山大学来华留学学历生学籍异动申请表》（附件2）（请不要改变格式，保持在一页纸上，生成PDF版）

3. Fill out the "Application Form of Intetnational Student for Schooling Suspension from Yanshan University" (Attachment 2) 

(Please do not change the format, keep it on one page, and generate a PDF version)

注:原则上本科生休学需休一整学年，如2023年3月至2024年2月，2024年9月至2025年8月。研究生可以按学期休学，但只能在学制年限内休学一年，休学时间计入最长学制。复学需提前两个月申请（办理手续及流程同休学）。

Note: Undergraduate students are required to take a full academic year off, such as from March 2023 to February 2024, or from September 2024 to August 2025. Graduate students can take a leave of absence per semester, but can only take one year off within the duration of the academic system, and the time off will be counted towards the longest duration of the system. Returning to school requires applying two months in advance (the procedures and procedures are the same as taking a leave of absence).
