关于清理留学生公寓遗留物品的通知
Notice on the Clearance of Leftover Items in the International Student Dormitory
为科学调配资源，进一步优化留学生公寓管理工作，根据学校相关管理规定，现决定对以下长期占据公共空间的物品实施集中清理行动。
In order to allocate resources efficiently and further optimize the management of the international student dormitory, a centralized clearance operation will be carried out for items that have long occupied public spaces, in accordance with the relevant school regulations.

二、处理流程Processing Procedure
1．本通知将通过学院官网及学生登记联络方式发布。自发布之日起7个工作日内，相关学生请按要求清理带走宿舍个人物品。如无法自行清理，可授权委托他人代为整理邮寄或收归至指定储存位置。
1．This notice will be published on the college’s official website and sent through the registered contact information of the students. Within seven working days from the date of publication, the relevant students are required to clear and remove their personal belongings from the dormitory as instructed. If they are unable to do so themselves, they may authorize a representative to pack and mail the items or store them in a designated location.
2．公示期结束后，如仍有未认领、未收归的遗留物品（不限于以上名单中的涉及人员）将视为无主遗弃物品，学院将严格按照相关规定，对遗留物品进行统一处理。
2．After the announcement period ends, any remaining unclaimed or uncollected items (not limited in the list above) will be considered unowned abandoned property. The college will handle these items in accordance with relevant regulations.
三、物品处理方式Methods of Item Disposal
1．委托他人处理需要填写委托书（下附）。
If authorizing another person to handle the belongings, a letter of authorization (attached below) must be completed.
2．若未能及时处理遗留物品而导致任何损失，责任由其个人承担。
Any loss resulting from the failure to handle the remaining belongings in a timely manner shall be the sole responsibility of the individual.
