一、什么是国际学生招生宣传大使

国际学生招生宣传大使是受燕山大学国际教育学院委托,向全球潜在国际学生宣传学校的群体。燕山大学国际学生招生宣传大使需要通过线上或线下方式分享“留学燕大”体验、解答申请疑问、拓展招生渠道,是燕山大学与国际学生间的沟通桥梁。招生宣传大使聘期1年,每年选聘1次。

二、报名条件

1.燕山大学在读国际学生和国际校友。

2.在校期间表现优秀,无违纪违规行为。

3.热爱燕山大学,了解学校历史沿革与学科优势,关心学校国际化发展,对学校招生宣传工作有浓厚兴趣。

4.具备两种及以上外语表达能力(英语和其他语言),有较强的责任心和组织协调能力。

5.充分了解燕山大学国际学生申请流程、申请材料、申请标准等信息。

6.有一定的新媒体制作、图片、视频处理技能和社交媒体推广能力。

7.曾参加过线上招生宣讲等外宣活动的学生优先。

三、工作职责

1.积极利用自媒体推送分享燕山大学招生信息,通过撰写文字、拍摄视频、照片方式等展现校园文化与留学生活。

2.定期参与学院组织的招生宣传活动及文化交流活动,向世界讲述中国故事。

3.在与海外教育机构、国际交流平台的合作中,发挥桥梁纽带作用,推动多边交流与资源共享

4.利用假期到本国高中或本科学校进行招生宣传。

四、工作收获

1.“招生宣传大使”聘用证书

2.优先选拔为燕山大学国际学生干部

3.获得学院优先推荐参与校内外学术、文化、国际交流的机会和校外实习实践机会。

五、选拔流程

1.报名提交简历:请有意报名的同学将简历及相关材料于6月9日12:00前发送至Ysuguoji@163.com。

I. What is an International Student Enrollment Promotion Ambassador?

An International Student Enrollment Promotion Ambassador is a group entrusted by the International Education College of Yanshan University to promote the university to potential international students worldwide. They need to share their "Studying at YSU" experiences, answer application questions, and expand enrollment channels through online or offline methods, serving as a bridge of communication between Yanshan University and international students. The appointment period for enrollment promotion ambassadors is 1 year, with selections conducted once a year.

II. Application Requirements

1. Current international students and international alumni of Yanshan University.

2. Excellent performance during studies, with no disciplinary violations.

3. Love for Yanshan University, understanding of the university's history and disciplinary advantages, concern for the university's international development, and a strong interest in enrollment promotion work.

4. Proficiency in two or more foreign languages (English and other languages), with strong responsibility and organizational coordination abilities.

5. A thorough understanding of the application procedures, materials, and standards for international students at Yanshan University.

6. Certain skills in new media production, photo/video processing, and social media promotion capabilities.

7. Priority will be given to students who have participated in online enrollment promotion activities and other external publicity activities.

III. Job Responsibilities

1. Actively use self-media to push and share Yanshan University's enrollment information, and showcase campus culture and international student life through writing, video shooting, photography, etc.

2. Regularly participate in enrollment promotion activities and cultural exchange activities organized by the college, and tell Chinese stories to the world.

3. Play a bridging role in cooperation with overseas educational institutions and international exchange platforms to promote multilateral exchanges and resource sharing.

4. Carry out enrollment promotion at local high schools or undergraduate institutions during holidays.

IV. Work Benefits

V. Selection Process
