按照《燕山大学国际学生综合测评实施办法》《燕山大学河北省政府奖学金管理规定》等文件要求和学院工作安排，现对2025年度来华留学生科研论文发表情况进行统计，请全体留学生在【国际学生管理服务系统】填报，具体安排如下：
In accordance with the "Yanshan University Comprehensive Evaluation Implementation Measures for International Students," the "Yanshan University Hebei Provincial Government Scholarship Management Regulations," and the overall arrangement of the college's work, we are now conducting the annual statistics of research papers published by international students in 2025. All international students are requested to submit the relevant information via the [International Student Management Service System]. The specific arrangements are as follows:
一、通过校园WiFi登录国际学生管理服务系统
I. Log in to the International Student Management Service System via Campus WiFi
1.网址：http://iesinfo.ysu.edu.cn/（校内用户访问）

2.用户名：ID Number
Username: ID Number
3.密码：Ysu@护照号后六位
Password: Ysu@[Last six digits of your passport number]
二、填报步骤

1.登录成功后，按图示步骤，可根据个人习惯切换中英文界面，依次点击进入科研成果填报页面
After successful login, you may switch between the Chinese and English interfaces according to your preference.
Please follow the illustrated steps to access the "Research Mannagement" submission page.
2.按要求填写论文发表信息（论文题目、期刊名称、作者顺序、发表时间、链接地址、论文等级、论文PDF、检索证明）
Fill in the paper publication details as required (including: Paper Title, Journal Name, Author Sequence, Publication Date/Time, Link/DOI, Paper Level, PDF of the Paper, Retrieval Proof).
