在中国，移动支付和互联网服务已经非常普遍，同学们在出行前可以下载并注册一些常用的手机软件，这会给你的“留学之路”带来很大便利!

In China, mobile payment and internet services have become highly ubiquitous. Before embarking on the journey of studying abroad, foreign students can download and register several commonly used mobile phone applications. This will undoubtedly bring considerable convenience to one's overseas study journey.

外国旅客凭借外国人护照，完成身份核验后即可通过12306英文版网站或12306 APP在线购票，可使用支付宝、微信、银联银行卡支付票款。         Foreign passengers can purchase tickets online through 12306 English website or 12306 APP after completing identity verification by foreigners' passports. Use Alipay, WeChat, and UnionPay bank cards to pay for tickets.

    2）北京地铁 (Beijing Subway App)

北京地铁票也可以在支付宝的出行服务中进行购买。       Beijing subway tickets can also be purchased through the Transport / Beijing Metro Code service on Alipay app.

以上大部分软件已经开放国际信息注册！如果没有下载也不用着急，来华前兑换一些人民币，在机场、地铁站、火车站仍然可以使用现金购买车票。

Most of the aforementioned apps have opened up international information registration! If you haven't downloaded them yet, don’t worry. You can exchange some Renminbi before coming to China or at the Beijing Airport. In airports, subway stations, and railway stations, cash can still be used to purchase tickets.

1. 来华留学生如何从北京机场到燕山大学？最经济的方式是北京地铁+中国高铁+公交巴士/出租车。

For international students coming to China, here's how to get from Beijing Airport to Yanshan University. The most economical way is the Beijing Subway + Chinese Railway + public bus or Taxi.

First, from Beijing Airport, find the nearest subway station. You can use navigation apps or ask staff for directions. Take the subway to the Beijing railway station.

Then, purchase a high-speed rail ticket from Beijing to Qinhuangdao. Upon arriving at Qinhuangdao railway station, look for public bus stops outside the station. There should be buses that can take you to Yanshan University. You can ask the local people or transportation staff for the specific bus route.

2. 出行攻略 | 来华留学生如何从北京机场到燕山大学 A step-by-step guide for a foreign student to travel from Beijing Airport to the Yanshan University:

Step 1:

从北京机场到北京南站 From Beijing Airport (both Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX)) to BeijingNan Railway Station:

       Route I. 从北京首都机场出发 Departing from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) to BeijingNan Railway Station by subway will take 60-90 minutes, about 30 Yuan, you can follow this route: Beijing Capital Airport Terminal Building (首都机场航站楼) —> Beixinqiao (北新桥站) —> Puhuangyu (蒲黄榆站) —> BeijingNan Railway Station (北京南站).

1) From Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK):

- Take the subway Capital Airport Express directly to Beixinqiao Station (北新桥站). (3-4 stops, it depends on which terminal building you get on.)

2) At Beixinqiao Station (北新桥站):

- Transfer to Line 5 towards Songjiazhuang (宋家庄方向) and get off at Puhuangyu (蒲黄榆站). (8 stops)

3) At Puhuangyu Station (蒲黄榆站):

- Transfer to Line 14 towards Zhangguozhuang (张郭庄方向) and get off at BeijingNan Railway Station (北京南站). (3 stop)

4) Arrival at BeijingNan Railway Station (北京南站):

- You have now arrived at your destination, where you can board a high-speed train (G-train) or a regular bullet train (D-train) heading from Beijingnan (北京南) towards Beidaihe (北戴河) or Qinhuangdao (秦皇岛).

     Route II. 从北京大兴国际机场出发 Departing from Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) to BeijingNan Railway Station by subway will take 50-60 minutes, about 38 Yuan, you can follow this route: Daxing Airport (大兴机场) —> Caoqiao (草桥) —> Jingfengmen (景风门站) —> BeijingNan Railway Station (北京南站).

1. From Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX):

- Take the subway Daxing Airport Express (大兴机场线) directly to Caoqiao Station (草桥站). (2 stops)

2. At Caoqiao Station (草桥站):

- Transfer to Line 19 towards Mudanyuan (牡丹园方向) and get off at Jingfengmen Station (景风门站). (1 stop)

3. At Jingfengmen Station (景风门站):

- Transfer to Line 14 towards Shangezhuang (善各庄方向) and get off at BeijingNan Railway Station (北京南站). (1 stop)

4. Arrival at BeijingNan Railway Station (北京南站):

- You have now arrived at your destination, where you can board a high-speed train (G-train) or a regular bullet train (D-train) heading from BeijingNan (北京南) towards Beidaihe (北戴河) or Qinhuangdao (秦皇岛).

请注意，这条路线需要多次换乘，可能比其他交通方式(如直达机场快线到北京南站或从机场直接乘坐出租车)需要更长时间。然而，这种地铁选择既经济实惠，又避免了交通拥堵，对许多旅行者来说是一个实用的选择。另外，要注意地铁的运营时间可能会有所不同，所以在出行前要确认最新的信息。

NOTE: This route involves multiple transfers and may take longer than other transportation options like direct Airport Express trains to BeijingNan Railway Station or taking a taxi directly from the airport. However, this subway option is cost-effective and avoids traffic congestion, making it a practical choice for many travelers. Also, be aware that operating hours for subway lines may vary, so check the latest information before your trip.

Step 2:

从北京南站坐火车出发 From BeijingNan Railway Station (北京南站) to Qinhuangdao Railway Station (秦皇岛站) or Beidaihe Railway Station (北戴河站):

- Take a high-speed train (G-train) or a regular bullet train (D-train) heading towards 秦皇岛站 (Qinhuangdao Railway Station).

- The website https://www.12306.cn/en/index.html provides information query and ticket refund services 24 hours a day.

- The ride usually takes around 2-3 hours, depending on the type of train and the exact destination within Qinhuangdao.

Step 3:

从秦皇岛站或者北戴河站出发 Arrival at Qinhuangdao Railway Station (秦皇岛站) or Beidaihe Railway Station (北戴河站):

国际教育学院位于燕山大学西校区，留学生公寓距离燕山大学6号门和7号门更近。出站后寻找前往燕山大学西校区的公共交通方式。火车站外有公交车和出租车可供选择。

- The School of International Education is located on the west campus of Yanshan University. The foreign student apartments are closer to Gate 6 or Gate 7 of Yanshan University. Exit the station and look for public transportation options to reach Yanshan University West Campus. Buses and taxis are available outside the railway station.

如果你想从秦皇岛火车站直接乘坐出租车前往燕山大学西校区，费用大约在20至30元。从北戴河火车站乘坐出租车前往燕山大学西校区的费用大约在30至50元。

- Alternatively, if you prefer take a direct taxi from the Qinhuangdao Railway Station to Yanshan University West Campus, which should cost around 20-30 Yuan. And from Beidaihe Railway Station should cost around 30-50 Yuan.

当你到达燕山大学西校区后，可以通过向周围人询问或者使用导航软件（如果你有网络连接的话，如百度地图）找到前往十三组团留学生公寓的路。

- Once you have arrived at the West Campus of Yanshan University, find your way to the Foreign Students’ Dormitory of the 13th Group. This can be done by asking around or using navigation apps like Baidu Maps if you have internet access.

注意：学校在报到日当天(8月24日)提供秦皇岛火车站和北戴河火车站的接站服务，其他时间需要学生自行乘坐交通工具到校报到。请务必在旅行前查看所有交通工具的最新时刻表和票价，因为它们可能会在不通知的情况下更改。另外，在旺季或节假日，火车票可能很难买到，所以最好尽可能提前预订。

NOTE: The school provides pick-up services at Qinhuangdao Railway Station and Beidaihe Railway Station on August 24 (the registration day). At other times, students need to take public transportation to the school for registration on their own.

Please check the latest schedules and fees for all transportation options before your journey as they are subject to change without notice.

Also, railway tickets might be harder to come by during peak seasons or holidays, so it's best to book them in advance when possible.
