为了确保大家顺利毕业并获得学位证书，现就提交汉语水平考试（HSK）证书的相关事宜通知如下：

一、提交对象

所有拟于本学期毕业的来华留学生，包括本科、硕士、博士各层次学生。

二、提交时间

请同学们务必于2025年5月20日前完成 HSK 证书的提交工作。逾期未提交者，将可能影响毕业手续的正常办理，后果由学生本人承担。

三、提交要求

1、证书等级：请同学们仔细查阅自己所在专业的培养方案，确保提交的证书等级符合要求。

2、证书有效期：提交的HSK 证书需在有效期内，即证书颁发日期距提交日期不超过2年。如证书已过期，请尽快重新参加 HSK 考试并获取有效证书。

3、提交形式：请以PDF格式提交HSK证书的扫描件，发送至 gjjw@ysu.edu.cn，邮件主题请注明“HSK 证书-HSK3/HSK-学号-护照姓名”提交”（示例：HSK-HSK3/HSK-202523010001-Passport Name.pdf）。

四、其他注意事项

1、证书真伪：学校将对提交的HSK 证书进行严格审核，包括证书真伪查验。如发现证书造假等行为，将按照学校相关规定进行严肃处理，取消毕业资格。

Dear Students,

To ensure a smooth graduation process and the awarding of your degree certificates, we are hereby providing instructions regarding the submission of your Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificates:

I. Submission Target

All international students who are scheduled to graduate this semester, including undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students.

II. Submission Deadline

Please ensure that the submission of your HSK certificates is completed by May 20, 2025. Failure to submit within the stipulated time may affect the normal processing of your graduation procedures, and the consequences will be borne by the students themselves.

III. Submission Requirements

1.Certificate Level: Please carefully review the training program of your respective major to ensure that the level of the certificate you submit meets the requirements.

2.Certificate Validity: The HSK certificate you submit must be within its validity period, which means the certificate issuance date should not exceed 2 years from the submission date. If your certificate has expired, please promptly retake the HSK exam to obtain a valid certificate.

3.Submission Format: Submit the scanned copy of your HSK certificate in PDF format togjjw@ysu.edu.cn. The subject of the email should be noted as “Name- Student ID - HSK Certificate Submission” (e.g., HSK-HSK3/HSK5-20251234-Zhang San.pdf).

IV. Additional Notes

1.Certificate Authenticity: The university will conduct a strict review of the submitted HSK certificates, including verification of their authenticity. Any instances of certificate forgery or other fraudulent behavior will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the university's regulations, and graduation eligibility may be revoked.

2.Consultation Channels: Should you have any questions during the submission process of your HSK certificate, please feel free to contact the International Education College at any time. We are committed to providing you with the necessary assistance.
