Dear Students:  

为科学优化资源配置，进一步规范留学生公寓管理，为大家提供更有序的住宿环境，经研究决定，对留学生公寓住宿安排进行调整。现将具体事宜通知如下：

In order to optimize resource allocation, further standardize the management of international student dormitories, and provide a more orderly living environment for everyone, it has been decided to adjust the accommodation arrangements for international student dormitories. The specific details are as follows:

一、住宿调整安排

I. Accommodation Adjustment Arrangements  

1.所有夫妻住户请统一搬迁至13B2小楼一楼；

1. All married couples are requested to relocate to the first floor of Building 13B2;  

2.13B1大楼内所有女生搬迁至13B2小楼二楼及三楼。

2. All female students residing in Building 13B1 are requested to relocate to the second and third floors of Building 13B2.

二、搬迁时限要求

II. Relocation Deadline Requirements  

请相关同学于2025年8月29日前完成搬迁工作，确保公寓调整顺利推进。

Please ensure that all relevant students complete the relocation process by August 29, 2025, to ensure the smooth implementation of the accommodation adjustments.

三、补充说明

III. Supplementary Notes

1.女生搬迁至13B2小楼后，原单人住宿的同学（除已按单人标准缴纳住宿费者外）需与其他同学合并住宿；或者新生报到后，随机安排室友；

1. After female students relocate to Building 13B2, those who previously occupied single rooms (except those who have already paid the single-occupancy fee) will need to share rooms with other students; or, after new students arrive, roommates will be assigned randomly;  

2.除已按规定缴纳单人住宿费的同学外，暂不受理新的单人住宿申请。

2. Except for students who have already paid the single-occupancy fee in accordance with regulations, new applications for single-occupancy rooms will not be accepted at this time.

3. 搬离原宿舍后，请务必将原宿舍打扫干净，为后续新生入住做好准备。

3. After moving out of your original room, please be sure to clean it thoroughly to prepare for the arrival of new students.

请各位同学积极配合公寓调整工作，如有疑问可咨询国际教育学院办公室。由此带来的不便，敬请谅解。
