Dear students, the application methods for the suspension of overseas students are as follows:

一、本人自行办理休学手续：

Ⅰ. You can go through the suspension procedures by yourself:

1.撰写《学籍异动个人申请书》（附件1）

1. Write a personal suspension application with the handwritten signature (Appendix 1)

2.填写《燕山大学来华留学学历生学籍异动申请表》（附件2）

2. Fill in The Application Form of Student Status Change for Overseas Students (Appendix2)

二、境外留学生需委托人办理休学手续：

II. International students need to entrust a person to go through the suspension procedures:

1.撰写《学籍异动个人申请书》（附件1），手写签字后拍照

1. Write a personal suspension application (Appendix1) with the handwritten signature and take a photo of the personal suspension application;

2.手持《学籍异动个人申请书》拍照(请保正脸部和个人申请书都拍清晰）

2.Holda personal application form for student status change and take photos (Note: Make sure both the face and the suspension application are clear);

3.填写《燕山大学来华留学学历生学籍异动申请表》（附件2）（请不要改变格式，保持在一页纸上，生成PDF版）

3. Fill in The Application Form of Student Status Change for Overseas Students (see Appendix2)

(Please do not change the format, keep it on one page, and make a PDF version).

注:原则上休学需休一整学年，如2021年3月至2022年2月，2021年9月至2022年8月。研究生只能在学制年限内休学一年。复学需提前两个月申请（办理手续及流程同休学）。

Note: Suspension should be suspended for a whole school year. For example, from March 2021 to February 2022, from September 2021 to August 2022, the application is two months in advance (procedures and procedures).
